Fall Camp Wedding at Kingsley Pines
Rachel and John’s destination wedding at Kingsley Pines was so beautiful and fun down to every single detail. A fall meets summer camp wedding as we see the last bits of summer end. It was the perfect rustic and whimsical but beautiful affair. This outdoorsy, nature loving couple added just the right amount of romantic touches to their casual camp wedding to give this weekend a dressy yet relaxed feeling. A place where friends and family get together and create lots of memories from a reunion and wedding all in one. This fall camp wedding was a rustic romance dream with lots of dancing! Everything we love about weddings.
The barn reception kicked off with introductions into the choreographed first dance and like the wedding the weekend before, we played a couple of dance hits to set the mood immediately. Rachel’s dad wrote a song when she was just a few weeks old and they danced to that special song on her wedding day. Family friends played the keyboards and sang for their father/daughter dance. Talk about a memorable moment! John and his mom danced to The Man You’ve Become. The formalities were over and it was time for dancing but not before another memorable moment with music, of course. Rachel’s dad hopped on stage with his guitar to get the crowd on their feet to Johnny Be Goode. There was one more. We played September by Earth Wind and Fire and changed the lyrics to the 23rd of September instead of the 21st. Weddings are filled with once-in-a-lifetime moments and we were honored to be a part of Rachel and John’s. Congratulations on your marriage and happily ever after!

Rachel and John’s review as seen on The Knot: “Johnna and Wavelength were incredible! From the moment we heard Lindsay’s voice and got chills we knew we made the right choice. The band did such a great job keeping the dance party going all night, sounded Awesome and we’re really accommodating- they even let my dad play a song with them! Johnna was so easy to work with leading up to our wedding and we got countless compliments from our guests. Thanks so much Wavelength for making our night!” Thank you so much for having us!
