French’s Point Wedding
Lesley and Rob had such a beautiful wedding at French’s Point over Labor Day weekend. What a stunning ceremony gazebo and waterfront view to say their vows. With a classical touch in the processional ceremony music, Paul added a special song on keys and vocals during the ceremony and ended with a favorite Beatles tune for the recessional. It was the perfect mix of personalized and meaningful songs.
The reception was so organized with the incredible help of Christina at French’s Point. Leslie allowed us to decide what was played and how best to keep the crowd happy with a great mix of music from yesterday to today. Being a big fan of current hits and classics, we incorporated their suggestions into the evening for all to enjoy. Lesley and Rob’s special songs included Fire and Ice by Ben Harper for their first dance, I Loved Her First for the Father/Daughter Dance and My Wish for the Mother/Son Dance. We also took a request for Over The Rainbow/What A Wonderful World blend, how perfect!
Just a few days after the wedding, we received the nicest hand-written thank you note from Lesley and Rob. It was pretty special and reminded us how these little personal touches can be so memorable. Here is a snippet from Lesley’s review on The Knot: This band was everything I had hoped for in creating my wedding music. The ceremony music was spot on, they did a great job learning my requested song, and I received so many compliments from guests stating this was the best wedding/reception music they had ever heard…
Lesley was kind enough to share her wonderful wedding images with us by Stacey Kane. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Stacey again at French’s Point, what fun!
Congratulations Lesley and Rob! It was an honor to be your wedding band.
