LaBelle Winery Wedding
This was a special wedding for us. We’ve known Amy for many years and when she and Jim asked us to play for their October wedding at LaBelle Winery in Amherst, NH last year, we were beyond excited. They were fortunate to have a beautiful evening for an outdoor ceremony considering the wind and cold rain this past weekend for their first anniversary. There is something to be said about being outside at a winery and exchanging wedding vows with your closest friends and family as the sun goes down. Every thoughtful detail made a statement. This venue, the wine ceremony where Jim and Amy combined red and white into rose, the wine barrel cake, dramatic florals and decor, surprise fireworks, photography, and music including Jim’s college acapella group, the day was a dream!
The ceremony duo of keys and guitar played for the processionals and recessional including Canon in D, Marry Me and Trumpet Voluntary with the men’s acapella group singing an Irish Blessing. Everyone moved to the wine cellar for cocktail hour. The reception music covered many special songs and as Jim requested, loud party music like the boat cruise. But first, Can’t Stop The Feeling for the intros, Thinking Out Loud for the first dance, I Loved Her First for the father/daughter dance and You Are The Sunshine Of My Life for Jim and his mom with his children joining in. We will play something new or take a special request at almost every wedding, including Jim and Amy’s wedding, but there was this incredible moment when we were able to stand back and listen to Jim and members of The NH Gentlemen sing to Amy. They were amazing and it was unforgettable! Amie by Pure Prairie League will always and forever by your song. Congratulations, Jim and Amy! Thank you for sharing your wedding day with us!
We were happy to team up with Russell Caron Wedding Photography for this incredible wedding day and excited to share Jim and Amy’s beautiful wedding photos with you here.

Jim and Amy’s review as seen on The Knot: Wavelength is amazing! Their energy, attention to detail and enthusiasm made this THE party!! Lindsay and crew catered to a variety of age groups and musical tastes and was open to all songs. We could’ve stayed 2 hours more and kept on dancing!!
