Maine Summer Camp Wedding
When you tie the knot at an amazing summer camp in Maine. Meghan and Micheael were married on Labor Day weekend with 200 of their closest friends and family at the Maine Teen Camp in Porter, Maine. Surrounded by nature, it truly was the perfect setting for their wedding and the joining of these two families. Summers here in Maine are magical and this celebration captured that spirit along with love and family perfectly. Meghan was born in Maine and moved to Virginia as a little girl. With Meghan and Mike’s love for Maine and family, we see many new memories to come for summer camp weekends at the lake. From the charming details and DIY elements to the cooking and setup, this family did it all. We’ll never forget the band sign at the dinner table, how sweet! And then there’s the music. Meghan and Mike wanted everyone to have a good time, a night to remember and fun for all. When it came time for the band, there was a whole lotta shakin’ goin’ on. A good time was had by all! We’re delighted to share the following images of this wonderful wedding by Lexi Lowell Photography.
Meghan and Mike exchanged their wedding vows down by the lake with music provided by Paul French on acoustic guitar. The bridesmaids walked down to A Thousand Years by Christina Perri, Meghan’s bridal processional was Marry Me by Train and following the ceremony, Paul played Better Together by Jack Johnson for the Recessional.
Cocktails on the patio with Paul playing guitar and wedding party photos like this ensued. So many great spots here!
First Dance: You Are The Best Thing by Ray Lamontagne.
Sweet toast!
Meghan and her dad danced to My Little Girl by Tim McGraw for their Father/Daughter dance and Mike and his mom chose What A Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong for their Mother/Son dance.
Let the good times roll.
That’s what we’re talking about! The perfect balance of new music and popular favorites that will keep your guests dancing the night away.

Thank you for the review posted on The Knot and Wedding Wire. “Wavelength performed at my wedding Labor Day weekend and it was AMAZING! People were on the dance floor all night, even during the dinner set and didn’t want to leave at the end of the night. Johnna was so easy to work with during the planning process and made sure that everything we could think of was included. They provided ceremony music, cocktail hour music and reception music — other than picking our songs for the ceremony we left the music selection up to them and were not disappointed. I really can’t say enough about how amazing they are. Everyone at the wedding raved about Wavelength and I’m still hearing from people about how awesome they are. We are so happy they were part of our day and contributed to all of our memories!”
