Cushing Private Residence Wedding

Lindsay and Mike were married in early September on a peninsula in Cushing, Maine at the home of the bride’s family. It had all the beauty and charm of a quiet, coastal Maine town. They setup a tent next to the house in a beautiful meadow on the water for dinner and dancing. They held their ceremony in the next meadow over and enjoyed cocktails waterside before moving into an open tent for the celebration. Their wedding day was a celebration of love, family, friendship and a whole lot of fun. We can’t get over how amazing these two were. Thank you for dancing your hearts out with us!

Lindsay and Mike asked us to learn True Companion by Mark Cohn for their first dance as a married couple. Those dance lessons paid off! They picked ‘Days Like This’ for the  father/daughter dance and ‘I Hope You Dance’ for the mother/son dance.

Our many thanks to Lindsay’s sister, Katherine, for asking us to play for their big day!  We love that she chose a Maine wedding band to celebrate another family wedding on the property. Thanks for trusting us to play a great line up of big hits to dance the night away.
