Texas Meets Maine Wedding at Live Well Farm

Live Well Farm played host to a summer wedding over the holiday weekend and it was so dreamy and fun. With the rustic charm of the barn and the laid back elegance, this gem set the tone for a classic farm wedding by the sea in Harpswell. Elissa and Tyson came all the way from Texas to get married over the 4th of July weekend bringing together Maine and Texas friends and family to share in their love and celebration. Elissa, who is from Texas, and Tyson, a Maine native, first met over the 4th of July weekend and have been celebrating the holiday in an epic way ever since! Let’s add a beautiful marriage, corn hole, bbq, dance party and a sparkler exit to the list.

Music was provided by Wavelength for the ceremony, cocktail hour, tented dinner and barn dance. Paul French performed on guitar for the ceremony. Better Together was a wonderful recessional choice. Paul Dionne and Paul French played duo for the cocktail hour and tented dinner with Lindsay joining in for the introductions and toasts. Elissa and Tyson chose Stand by Me by Ben E King for their First Dance. For Tyson and his Mom, we played My Wish by Rascal Flatts for the Mother/Son Dance. We also added a couple of requests from Train and Meatloaf to bring everyone together on the dance floor.

Everyone was on the dance floor having a great time from the moment they started playing through the entire night. They played a perfect mix of songs that everyone really enjoyed.
